As we spend more and more time at home, we've become more intimately familiar with our home's positives, but also it's inconveniences.

With most corporate offices extending their closures further into 2021, it's become clear that the Home Office has transformed from a "nice to have" to an absolute necessity. Whether buying or selling, it's safe to assume that at least one person from the household (if not both!) will be working from home, and will be needing some extra space and privacy for those Zoom calls and virtual happy hours.

For sellers who don't have an existing home office to showcase, it's time to get a little creative before rushing to list your home on the market. Have a spare bedroom that's mostly used for visiting in-laws? Replacing that dresser with a simple desk and chair set-up instantly transforms it into a multifunctional (and more appealing) room. What about that awkward nook under your stairs that you've never known what to do with? Well, now it's your minimalist, corner office set-up! It's the perfect space to tuck a small desk, stylish light, and cozy chair into.
